Presenting Naqash Chamadia, our driven and adaptable Director of UNSC. Naqash’s prominent ability to deliver strong coordination, imaginative ideas, and an analytical approach demonstrate why he’s fit to handle crises without blinking an eye. With past leadership experience under his belt, Naqash is set to lead with purpose and nuance, turning his committee into a hub of engaging debate, critical thinking, and impactful resolutions. Recognized for his intellect and unwavering love for the MUN circuit, he offers up his experience as President of the Interact Club to truly create a rewarding experience. Having also written a published research paper, Naqash hopes to use his critical thinking to leave every delegate with an unforgettable experience.

Meet our articulate Assistant Director of UNSC, Vivan Mahesh. When delegating for a conference, Vivan holds an impressive winning streak in the Security Council. His experience and real-world exposure through civil work and participation in high-level conferences give him an understanding of MUN policy and debate work. Beyond the debate room, he leads youth-driven initiatives, working with governments and civil society to work toward tangible outcomes. His goal for this year is to elevate the standard of the committee and drive substantive debate.

Meet Avya Rana, our Moderator of UNSC. Passionate and dedicated, Avya brings a strong appreciation for diplomacy and meaningful debate to this role. With her enthusiasm and cheerful leadership, Avya aims to foster an engaging and inclusive committee where every delegate feels encouraged to participate, think critically, and contribute confidently. This year, Avya hopes to bring her love for international relations and MUN’s to the dais, creating a memorable committee experience with confident delegates and an entertaining atmosphere.

Meet our articulate and ambitious Director of DISEC, Sidh Sundaram. Having been active in the MUN Circuit for several years, with most of his time spent winning awards for this very committee, Sidh values meaningful debate and diplomatic discourse. His renewed passion for foreign affairs, and commitment to ensuring each delegate leaves the conference with satisfaction ensures that Sidh will create a space that balances diplomacy with rigorous debate, and an unforgettable MUN experience.

Dhairya Gulabani serves as the Assistant Director of DISEC on the Executive Board. He has received various awards for his performance in many DISEC committees, including a high ranking at ABMUN. His interest in international security, diplomacy, strategic debate, as well as the self control, cooperation and problem solving that he’s learned from cricket led him to join DISEC. After competing for cricket teams in the UAE  and the UK, he supports his work as a participant as well as a leader. He wants to foster complex discussion, high thought level, and achievement-focused debate for the current year.

Meet Aryan Mehta, our charismatic Director of HCC. Through his work on the executive board and secretariat of various other conferences, Aryan has developed a love for committees that demand adaptability and strategic excellence, bringing him to HCC. When he isn’t attending a conference, Aryan enjoys debating, football and expanding his knowledge on international relations. This year, Aryan hopes to create an engaging and memorable HCC that rewards creativity, strategic thinking, and diplomacy while inspiring delegates to leave with greater confidence, stronger public speaking skills, and an even deeper passion for Model United Nations.

Our ideal choice for the Assistant Director of HCC, Thea Kanani, possesses a curious nature and a knack for analytics. Known for her passion for theatre, her ability to adapt to fast-paced crisis committees and deep interest in historical outcomes are extremely valuable this year. Thea’s fresh perspectives, collaborative mindset, and strong research skills will contribute to an engaging experience for delegates, and she hopes to bring immersion and meaningful debate to JBCN Oshiwara’s MUN.

Analytical, composed, and decisive, Panache Kataria is our Crisis Co-Coordinator for HCC this year. He holds a love for fast-paced debate and history close to his heart, maintaining a perfect record across the MUN circuit and bringing both experience and enthusiasm to the dais. As a member of the executive board, Panache aims to design engaging, dynamic crisis arcs that challenge delegates to think creatively, respond decisively, and remain fully immersed throughout the committee. His vision for HCC is to create an interactive and memorable experience by fostering debate and effective diplomacy, keeping every delegate invested from start to finish.

A perfect fit for this role, Maanyah holds his love for debate close to his heart, where he uses it to push his delegates to maintain a high standard of debate throughout the committee. With a commanding presence and a relentless drive to raise the bar, he’s here to turn every debate into a masterclass.

Engineer by passion, debater by choice, meet Prayaan Madan, your Assistant Director for UNHRC! Whether he's building robots, debating global issues, mentoring students, or attempting yet another impossible calisthenics skill, Prayaan somehow always manages to keep himself busy. As the Captain of FRC Team Sigma 9692, he's represented India internationally while leading impactful engineering projects and STEM outreach initiatives He enjoys tackling challenges that don't have straightforward answers—which probably explains why UNHRC felt like the perfect committee. He's looking forward to thought-provoking debates, practical solutions, and a committee that's as engaging as it is competitive.

Aarvi Jajodia, our very own Co-Chair of UNODC, brings her strategic skills to this year’s conference. Her dedication and experience in international debate through public forums and British parliamentary showcases her ability to analyze and approach problems with ease. Having been a part of the UNODC executive board at our previous MUN, Aarvi strives to bring a balanced perspective and a competitive environment to this edition of JBCNOSH MUN. Her focus? To foster collaboration, promote engagement, and ensure equal contribution from every delegate.

​Thoughtful and composed, Shanaya Ranka, our Co-Chair of UNODC is committed to creating meaningful delegate experience. An experienced debater and avid MUNer, she has won several tournaments, and judged in honorable debates, namely Stanford and Harvard. With her approachability, discipline and appreciation for heated debates, strategic diplomacy and unexpected crises, Shanaya aims to make this year’s MUN both impactful and unforgettable.

Tanvi is our approachable Moderator of UNODC. Drawn to the Office of Drugs and Crime by her interest in international justice and crime, she brings valuable MUN experience that greatly builds her leadership and debating skills. As a moderator for JBCN MUN, she hoped to foster engaging, productive debates while ensuring that every delegate has the opportunity to participate confidently and contribute meaningfully, making the most of their committee experience.

He aims to cultivate a committee where diplomacy, critical thinking, and constructive dialogue take center stage. Believing that the strongest resolutions emerge from collaboration and well reasoned debate, Paarth encourages delegates to challenge ideas with confidence while respecting diverse perspectives. Meet Aarav Shukla, a delegate most recognised for justifying the most provocative political opinions with remarkably accurate facts, now bringing his passionate nature into the SPECPOL committee as this year’s Assistant Director. Although he is new to chairing, Aarav brings a calm and collected demeanour to every debate and his extensive experience as a delegate has supplied him with fairness and fresh perspectives. Determined to offer his committee a thrilling experience, Aarav promises to foster engaging, controversial discussions while ensuring that democracy remains the heart of every discussion.

Say hello to our incredibly hardworking Director of the IMF, Shreyas Shinde. His passion for finance and experience chairing ECOFIN makes him an easy fit for this position. Above that, his role as Deputy Head Boy gives him leadership qualities that allows him to mould strong negotiations and create interesting and engaging financial crises during committee. His goal for this year? Simply to create an interesting conference, and ensure each and every one of his delegates have a good time.

Meet Ananya Nire, the Assistant Director of the International Monetary Fund. Driven, compassionate, and resilient, Ananya hopes to use her passion for international relations and economics to build an engaging committee that will foster diplomacy and strong negotiations during debate. Drawing from her extensive prior experience, she plans to create an engaging atmosphere as she collaborates with her fellow Executive Board members and makes this year’s MUN a truly enriching experience.

Welcome back our reliable Head of Journalism, Tishtrya Karbhary. Not only has she stepped into this role time and time again at JBCN OSHMUN, Tishtrya is a well-known face around the MUN circuit, having chaired countless conferences for this very committee. This experience, coupled with her dedication to community work, makes her a perfect fit for the role. This year, she's excited to give first-time delegates a welcoming platform to begin their MUN journey and create an experience they'll never forget. Above all, she hopes to cultivate a supportive and inspiring environment where aspiring journalists can build confidence, sharpen their skills, and find their voice.

Say hello to Nadir Khan, our approachable Head of Photography under International Press. Growing up in Saudi Arabia, but continuing his education in India, Nadir brings numerous photography accolades and a diverse approach to visual storytelling to this role. His attention to detail and international perspective gives him the perfect skillset to create memorable content and capture the conference with confident professionalism. This year, he intends to lead a collaborative and creative IP team while helping his team cultivate their photography skills.

Meet Naitik Choudhary, our Director of UEFA Summit. From serving as Head Boy to leading the Business Club and actively participating in the Economics Society, Naitik has always been someone who leads with conviction. Never one to shy away from sharing his perspective, he has a knack for getting his point across while keeping discussions engaging. His experience in MUN has shaped his appreciation for meaningful debate, and as Chair, he hopes to create a committee that is competitive, collaborative, and one that delegates will remember long after the conference ends.

Aaron has been a lifelong football enthusiast, and dedicated Barcelona supporter, Aaron effortlessly combines years of competitive state level football with his deep understanding of European football to create a sharp and reliable perspective on modern day football. He aims to create a committee which is not only intellectually stimulating but also genuinely fun and exciting while revolving around real world insights and interactive debates to help foster engaging discussions. His ultimate goal is to provide an environment fueled by his integrity and fair nature which allows delegates to develop confidence and unforgettable experiences.

Meet our diligent Chair of UNICEF, Radhika Banerji. Alongside her passion for human rights, her belief that UNICEF addresses some of the world's most pressing conflicts makes her a perfect fit for this position. Apart from that, Radhika has previously served as an executive board member in a former edition of our conference, and puts a strong emphasis on procedural fairness. Her goal for this committee is to create an inclusive environment and encourage first time delegates to think critically and submit realistic, internationally viable resolutions.

Shaurya, our committed Assistant Director of UNICEF, always tackles challenges with a curious and dedicated mindset. He has previously served as a delegate in UNICEF and possesses a wide array of awards across several committees, allowing Shaurya to strengthen his understanding of not only the MUN circuit and deepen his appreciation for constructive debate and diplomacy. As Assistant Director, Shaurya aims to create a committee in which all delegates are able to voice their ideas as well as challenge perspectives. His ultimate goal is to ensure that all delegates leave with stronger public speaking skills, a deeper understanding of the topics discussed as well as a greater confidence.
